DRINK SMARTER.
PREP BEFORE YOU POUR.
A New Way Forward
The Golden Hour is a natural supplement protocol I developed to support the brain before, during, and after drinking—and it worked way better than I ever expected.
Not just in helping me drink less, but in giving me something even more powerful: the ability to choose, as if the problem never existed at all.
If you’re familiar with Naltrexone, think of The Golden Hour as a natural evolution of the same idea—targeting the brain’s craving and control pathways, but with an all-natural supplement stack that delivers greater benefits and none of the pharmaceutical side effects.
Now, I’m hoping to take the next step.
After you’ve had a chance to read through everything on this site, I hope you’ll see the sound logic behind what I’m proposing—and that you’ll be interested enough to have a conversation with me about what a beta test with Moderation Management could look like.
The Missing Piece for Lasting Moderation
At The Golden Hour, we believe moderation-centered groups like Moderation Management are leading the future of addiction support—replacing stigma with science and empowering individuals to reclaim control over their choices.
We built The Golden Hour Protocol to amplify that mission.
A Science-Backed Supplement Stack, Timed for Real Life
Our solution is simple, powerful, and proven: A carefully designed stack of natural health supplements, taken at the right times to support brain chemistry, reduce cravings, stabilize mood, and make moderation easier—without changing who you are or how you live.
This Isn’t Theory. It’s Already Working.
The Golden Hour Protocol has already been built, self-tested, and has exceeded expectations in early trials. We’re not experimenting. We’re refining.
Now, we’re ready to replicate that success at scale—with real people, in real communities, who are actively working to moderate their drinking.
We don’t replace support groups or cognitive strategies. We make them more effective—by giving individuals a real biochemical advantage where it matters most: in the moments of decision.
If you’re part of a science-based, empowerment-driven community, we believe our missions are perfectly aligned—and we invite you to be part of our first beta test.
Because if this works, we won’t just offer hope. We’ll offer real momentum—toward helping tens of millions of people reclaim their lives.
How It Started: A Personal Breakthrough
Since around 2015, I’ve been navigating a long, painful relationship with alcohol. By 2018, I found myself in Alcoholics Anonymous. While I respected many within that community, the structure felt too rigid, too dogmatic—almost cult-like. It wasn’t a fit for who I was, or what I truly needed.
Over the next several years, I stayed stuck in a terrifying cycle. Sometimes I could have a drink and be fine. Other times, a chemical craving would ignite so strong, so relentless, that the only way to silence it was to drink more. And more—until I ended up in the hospital again.
It happened multiple times a year.
But every time I was admitted, something struck me: they handed me a few pills in a white cup and within minutes, the cravings disappeared.
How was that possible?
What was in those pills?
That’s when I realized something profound: This wasn’t about willpower. It was chemistry.
The Turning Point: Could I Replicate That Relief—Naturally?
I began to wonder: Could I prepare my brain and body before drinking—so that craving spiral never even started?
Could I enjoy two or three drinks and actually feel satisfied—not because I forced myself to stop, but because that’s all I genuinely wanted?
After countless hours of research, experimentation, and self-testing, I found something that worked Better than I ever imagined.
I created what’s now called The Golden Hour Protocol—a natural, science-backed supplement system designed to protect the brain, reduce cravings, and support next-day recovery.
Pre-Beta Test Launch: A Special Invitation
We’re preparing to run a two-week beta test of The Golden Hour Protocol—and we would love for Moderation Management to be part of it.
Whether that means sharing the opportunity with your members, hosting an info session, or simply offering guidance, I’d be honored to partner with you. Our target launch date is late May 2025.
Beta Test Structure
Week 1:
Participants follow their normal routines—but track emotions, cravings, and drinking habits (no supplements yet).
Week 2:
Participants begin using The Golden Hour Protocol while tracking the same metrics.
The goal: To directly compare the experience of drinking and recovery—with and without biochemical support.
Who It’s For
We’re looking for 25 to 50 individuals who are:
Not looking to quit drinking forever
Interested in more control, fewer consequences, and better recovery
Willing to share honest feedback through simple check-ins and reflections
There’s no cost to participate.
This is about learning, testing—and potentially changing lives.
What Participants Can Expect
Reduced cravings and a natural desire to stop after 2–3 drinks
Clearer head and better mood the next day
Less anxiety around drinking decisions
A stronger sense of control, confidence, and clarity
The Golden Hour Protocol is designed to support, not restrict. It helps people feel better—before, during, and after drinking.
The Golden Hour Protocol: At a Glance
The protocol is not a treatment or a cure. It’s a science-informed support system for those who want to drink intentionally—without spiraling.
Built around three phases:
PREP
Replenishes key neurotransmitters and eases pre-drinking anxiety.
PROTECT
Taken while drinking, shields the brain and liver while blunting the craving feedback loop.
REBUILD
Supports rapid recovery of dopamine, mood, and clarity the next day.
Simple. Accessible. Empowering.
Designed to help people drink less, recover faster, and feel better—inside and out.
A Final Word
If this sparks curiosity, I’d love to meet, share more, and explore what’s possible.
The science is sound, i beta-tested it myself many times and if It works for me—an extreme case—then I know it can work for countless others too.
